I’m Evangelea (Eva) Seelye: Photographer, writer, coffee lover, road tripper, snowboarder, foodie, and lover of creating sick stuff with rad people! Most days you can find me adventuring with my camera in hand on peaks, by the sea, in the desert, you name it, with an excited couple, recent grads, or creative friends. As an adventure photographer, no destination is out of the question. I'm a lover of natural light and getting dirty. I'll hike to the top of a mountain with you, wade into the water with you, drive hours away, and even catch a flight to your ideal destination to capture your unique vision! It's what I love to do!
I was born into a mobile life (i.e. literally on a sailboat) and I haven’t stopped moving since. Growing up in the Marshall Islands just fueled my itch to document the world and now here I am, a girl with a passion for photography and travel, publishing my tips, tricks, life hacks, and epic fails on my blog Wander in RAW, and snapping photos every step of the way.
How and why did I get in to photography?
My first camera was a Polaroid i-Zone pocket camera - the little guy from the 90s. I was probably five years old when it was gifted to me by my lovely parents and I've loved capturing visual stories ever since. I then majored in photography at the University of Washington, but what keeps me creating is all the lovely people I am so fortunate to meet along the way! That, and when I get a super sick shot that I'm so incredibly proud of and my clients come back overjoyed with the product, it's the best feeling in the entire world.

Let's work together!
“With COVID-19 delaying my graduation date and canceling my ceremony altogether, I knew I wanted to get some photos done to document my accomplishments. Eva was really prompt, had great ideas, was extremely professional and accommodating. I am not a model but she made the session so fun and effortless, and the photos turned out beautiful. I am SO happy I went with her to document this milestone in my life and I will definitely hire her for any future photography needs and referring her to everyone.”
