Standard Limited Usage License


This is the standard license that comes with every shoot for the purchasing client only but can also be purchased after the shoot at the rates listed below.

(Additional licenses may be bought prior to the shoot in a cost-share agreement, which is beneficial to all parties involved. If the shoot has already been completed, all third parties must use this pricing structure to purchase a license for individual images.)


PRICING TIERS:

  • 1 - 5 images = $30/ea
  • 6 - 10 images = $25/ea
  • 11 - 20 images = $20/ea
  • 21 - 30 images = $15/ea
  • 31 + images = $10/ea


Definitions:


EXCLUSIVITY:

  • NON-EXCLUSIVE: Photographer may enter in to separate license agreements with third parties at any time.

USAGE:

  • LIMITED: Allows the Client to:
  • Use, display, or publish the images captured during the shoot in any commercial, personal, non-profit or editorial projects involving print collateral, website publication, award submissions, and social media for their own marketing needs in perpetuity.
  • EXCLUSIONS: Any editorial cover; any paid print, online or outdoor advertising; and broadcasting. National ad campaigns or any other uses will be custom quoted based on total media buy/exposure and priced at the current fair market value determined by Getty Images. SHARING:

  • NONE: No third-party rights granted–images may not be resold or redistributed by the client to third parties in any form.

TIME:

  • UNLIMITED: This license shall be valid for an unlimited amount of time.

COPYRIGHT:

  • NOT-TRANSFERRED: Photographer retains copyright ownership in perpetuity and is free to use the images at will.


Advertising Usage

If you are planning on using the images for any type of advertising, a custom quote will be built based on the details of your campaign/usage and the total media buy/exposure. It will be priced at the current fair market value determined by Getty Images. The advertising license will also include everything that is included in the Standard Limited License.
